HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 391 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 15.09.2015, passed by this Court in WP No.30049 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to complete the enquiry and pass final orders.

2. Now, a counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that after conducting enquiry, final orders were passed on 09.03.2016 dropping the proceedings against the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
