This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.70 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Peddakothapally Police Station, Nagarkurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 IPC and 3(A) read with 4 of POCSO Act, 2012.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
