This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 & 12 of Contempt of Court Act, seeking to punish the contemnor/ respondent for disobeying and violating the orders of this Court dated 30.08.2016 in W.P.No.29260 of 2016. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 02.02.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
