wp_10204_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the first respondent is not disposing of the F.A.I.A.No. 670 of 2016 in F.A.S.R.No. 1573 of 2016, at an early date in view of the pendency of P.P.No. 76 of 2016 in C.C.No. 33 of 2013 on the file of the District Consumer Redressal Forum, at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh as unjust and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondent No. 1 to hear the petitioner and dispose the F.A.I.A.No. 670 of 2016 in F.A.S.R.No. 1573 of 2016, within 4 weeks and then stay the proceedings P.P.No. 76 of 2016 in C.C.No. 33 of 2013 on the file of the District Consumer Redressal Forum, at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

At the hearing, Smt. S.Sri Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the case was adjourned last, F.A.I.A.No. 670 of 2016 in F.A.S.R.No. 1573 of 2016 was disposed of by respondent No. 1Commission and that therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 12644 of 20177 shall stand closed as infructuous.
