At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to avail remedies, if any, available under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
