THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1816 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents of the order dated 16.06.2016 in Writ Petition No. 18954 of 2016, whereunder, this Court has directed the respondent Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner, complete the enquiry after giving her adequate opportunity and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Today, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) submits that the respondent has passed the order dated 22.08.2016 vide proceedings No. B/721/2016, by which the authorization granted to the petitioner herein as the fair price shop dealer of shop No. 34, Mydukur Town and Mandal was cancelled, thus complying with the order complained of in this Contempt Case.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains for adjudication in this Contempt Case and it is accordingly, closed. The proceedings dated 22.08.2016 is taken on record. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
