THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1711 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition on 16.12.2016 against the order dated 09.10.2016 passed by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.B/1944/2/2012. As no orders are passed on the stay petition and appeal till today, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 09.10.2016 passed by the 1st respondent, in accordance with law. Till disposal of the said appeal, status quo granted by this Court on 19.01.2017 shall continue.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
