O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to respondents, more particularly to respondents 5 and 6 to continue the petitioners as Anganwadi Helpers in their respective anganwadi centres viz., Medariwada, Sunnambattiwada and Safaiwada, by duly declaring the steps taken by respondents 5 and 6, in inviting applications for filing up the post of Anganwadi Helpers in the above mentioned centers, as illegal and arbitrary.

By interim order dated 27.04.2012, this court directed the respondents not to make any appointments to the Anganwadi Centres, where the petitioners have been working.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioners are not continuing.

In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submit, that respondents may be directed to pay the honorarium and other allowances, which the petitioners are entitled to, during the period they worked. While disposing of the writ petition, respondents are directed to pay the honorarium and other allowances, payable to the petitioners for the period services rendered by them.
