It is the case of the petitioner that the 5th respondent filed appeal under Section 5(5) of the A.P. Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971 against orders dated 17.11.2005 in file No.3109/2015. Aggrieved by the interim orders passed by the 3rd respondent in the above appeal dated 23.04.2016 in case No.D/802/2016, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that a direction can be given to dispose of appeal filed by 5th respondent pending before the 3rd respondent.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal in Case No.D/802/2016 filed by the 5th respondent, after giving notice to the 5th respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
