HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.296 OF 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, (Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner/accused for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.148 of 2019 of P.S. I Town, Khammam, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner/accused. The first bail petition has already been rejected by this Court on merits on 10.10.2019 in Crl.P.No.6331 of 2019. No new grounds, whatsoever, have been assigned to entertain this petition.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
