After arguing for some time, Sri C. Narender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition for the present with a liberty to send the appeal sought to be filed against the endorsement by registered post with acknowledgment due and if the same is not entertained, seeks leave to approach this court. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
