THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITIN No.5639 of 2015 ORDER:

This Revision is filed by the very same petitioner, who filed the C.R.P.No.5635 of 2015 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 18.12.2015.

The present revision is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.224 of 2015 in O.S.No.25 of 2009 which is exactly the same as that of I.A.No.223 of 2015 in O.S.No.24 of 2009, which is the subject matter in C.R.P.No.5635 of 2015. The reasons narrated in C.R.P.No.5635 of 2015 for dismissing it hold good, even in this case. For the same reasons narrated in C.R.P.No.5635 of 2015, the present revision is also dismissed. No costs.

The miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand closed. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order passed in C.R.P.No.5635 of 2015 to this order.
