This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the appeal proceedings No.VSP/184/95 dated 17.01.2004 of the first respondent and CC No.9(1)/ 6(1)/3629/76/B2 dated 07.07.1995 of the second respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to delete the area covered by the Municipal Road in Sy.No.123/1A(P) of Marripalem, Visakhapatnam and redetermine the surplus vacant land in accordance with law. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
