THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.121 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.98 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 506 IPC. 2.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the Assistant Public Prosecutor that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the Calendar Case number is likely to be assigned. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioneraccused is given liberty to work out appropriate remedies before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so.
