HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22524 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.1-69 cents each in Sy.Nos.13-1 and 13-3 of Tekelodu Village, Chilamathur Mandal, Anatapur District having inherited the same from their father after the death of their mother. While so, on 28.05.2015, the petitioner filed an application in Form-6A before the 4th respondent under Andhra Pradesh Rights and Pattadar Pass Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass books sand title deeds, enclosing the relevant documents. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are no other legal heirs except petitioners in respect of the subject property. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.05.2015 in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to affected parties and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
