HCJ&AAR,J W.P.No.587 of 2020 & batch COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The issue raised in the present writ petitions is whether the applicant-respondents would be entitled to have their pension, in accordance with the resolution dated 29.08.2008 or not? The said issue is covered by the judgment of this Court W.P.No.17768 of 2019 and batch dated 21.08.2019. This Court has already dismissed those writ petitions.

Therefore, the present writ petitions also stand dismissed in the same terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
