HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.14184, 14185, 14191, 14205, 14643 and 14644 of 2002 COMMON ORDER :

Since the issue involved in these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. When the matters are taken up for hearing, Ms. A. Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner in these writ petitions, informs the Court that this Court had considered similar issue in W.P.No.14646 of 2002 and was pleased to dismiss the said writ petition vide order dated 04.10.2018. In view of the same, these writ petitions are also liable to be dismissed.

In view of the said submission, these writ petitions are dismissed in terms of the order dated 04.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14646 of 2002. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
