I.A.No.3 OF 2024 Learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company submits that at paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of the order, the deceased was mentioned as child, though he was aged about 55 years.

Having gone through the judgment, it is nowhere mentioned in the order that the deceased was a child.

In the said circumstances, there are no grounds to entertain this application.

Accordingly, dismissed.

I.A.No.2 of 2024 In view of the orders passed in I.A.No.3 of 2024, no orders are required in this application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
