Learned Government Pleader for Treasuries submits that the matter relates to service of the petitioner and as such he has to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal).

Party- in-person present and says that liberty may be granted to him to approach the Tribunal.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal in respect of his grievance. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
