Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Fisheries and Revenue.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 4 in not responding to the petitioner's representations and allowing the 5th respondent to continue his fish/prawn cultural business without necessary permissions under G.O.Ms.No.7 dated 16.03.2013 in RS Nos.315/2, 320/1 and 321, total Ac.5.63 cents, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and initiate action in accordance with law against the 5th respondent.
3. The petitioner is the owner of an extent of Ac.1.36 cents in RS No.221 of Kondangi Village, Kaikuluru Mandal, Krishna District. He has been in possession and enjoyment of the said land by raising paddy crop. Whereas, the 5th respondent is having lands in RS Nos.315/2, 320/1 and 321, in an extent of Ac.5.63 cents of the same village. The said lands are adjacent to the lands of the petitioner.
