HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.545 of 2020 ORDER :

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the land in Sy.No.54/1 to an extent of Ac.2.31 guntas and other lands in Sy.No.55/1 to an extent of Ac.4-18 guntas, Sy.No.56/1 to an extent of Ac.1-27 guntas, in Sy.No.57/1 to an extent of Ac.4-14 guntas situated at Danthalpally Village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District. On coming to know that the names of respondents 4 and 5 are recorded in revenue records, the petitioner filed application before the Tahsildar, Narsimhulupet to rectify the same. When the Tahsildar dodged the matter on one or other pretext, the petitioner filed appeal under Section 5 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act before the 3rd respondent and the same was dismissed by order dated 1703-2018. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner filed revision before the 2nd respondent in revision petition No.2526 of 2018. As the same is not being disposed of, he filed the present writ petition.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the parties to the revision, and take action within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
