Learned counsel for petitioner submits that orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.37670 of 2016, dated 03.11.2016, are complied with. Since the orders issued by this Court are complied with vide Lr.No.245/TPS/C7A/GHMC/2017, dated 23.02.2017 and petitioner is satisfied with the compliance by the respondent Municipal Corporation, recording the same, contempt case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
