Indira, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that the appeal has already been heard by the 6th respondent as per the direction issued by this Court vide order 27.10.2015 and the matter is now closed for orders. Learned Government Pleader also confirmed the submission made by learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Having confronted with this, learned counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal on merits.

The writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. Before parting, we observe that the Revenue Divisional Officer-6th respondent shall pass order in the appeal, expeditiously.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
