THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25689 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners complain against non-consideration of their case for appointment to the post of Contract Junior Lineman as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. On 05.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "It is the specific case of the petitioner that 25 vacancies are existing in the post of Junior Lineman and that he is fully qualified for appointment. His representation dt. 16.11.2009 is pending with the respondents.

Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law."

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 05.12.2009, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
