This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.397 of 2019 on the file of Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109 and 307 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

This is the second bail application filed by the petitioners seeking grant of anticipatory bail. The earlier application filed by the petitioners for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on merits, vide order dated 19.11.2019 in Criminal Petition No.7238 of 2019.
