Sri V. Pattabhi, learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.1, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, having filed a request letter, dated 10.02.2017, before the Registrar (Judicial) to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'. It appears, interim stay was granted on 27.04.2015. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
