Ms.J.Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case after the disposal of the pending appeal filed by her. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
