THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19527 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Land Acquisition, Revenue and Irrigation, before ordering notice to unofficial respondent No.8 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and other material on record. The main grievance of the petitioner is that despite he is entitled for apportionment of compensation for the land under acquisition, the respondents are not considering the same and he also submitted objections to the 2nd respondent on 15.05.2017. The submission of learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition is that there is no award passed so far and the petitioner can put forth his grievance if at all before the respondent-authorities. Having regard to the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation within one week from today and the respondentauthorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders to include his name if he is entitled for compensation, before passing final award.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
