In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioner-accused seek s to quash the proceedings in crime No. 353 of 2014 of Korutla Police Station, Jagtial District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 07-07-2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Korutla Police Station, Jagtial District, and submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in crime No. 353 of 2014, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
