On 21.02.2018, this Court has called for a report from the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Godavarikhani. Mr.Venkateswar Varanasi, learned counsel for petitioner, was permitted to go through the report. He has gone through the report. Though Mr.Venkateswar Varanasi has a few objec tions on the contents of report, he submits that the petitioner is now c ontent as C.F.No.2093 of 2017 is received by petitioner.

The statement is placed on record.
