This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of MANDAMUS to direct the respondents herein to consider and dispose off the representation of the Petitioner dated 25-4-2015 for referring the Writ Petitioner to Medical Board constituted by the Respondents under the Mines Act 1952 for Medical Examination regarding Writ Petitioner's Medical fitness for employment under the Respondents by taking into consideration the medical history of the Writ Petitioner and consequently declare the inaction of the Respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25-4-2015 as bad in law and violative of Principles of Natural Justice."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also Sri J.Srinivas Rao, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. This Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition without going into merits or demerits of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 25.04.2015.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits or derits of the case, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 19.11.2014 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity to all the stake holders including the petitioner and the third respondent herein.
