THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO APPEAL SUIT No.761 OF 2002 JUDGMENT:

This Appeal was posted four times in the year 2017 and the learned counsel for the appellant was absent during the said dates of posting. When the Appeal was called on 21.03.2018, learned counsel for the appellant was absent and there was no representation. Today also when the case is called, none appears for the appellant. In view of the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
