THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.421 of 2015 ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The order of the Chairman, LRAT-cum-II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in E.P.No.8 of 2014 dated 16.12.2014, is under challenge in this Writ Petition. By the said order, the Court below issued a fresh proclamation of sale on the same terms and conditions for sale of the property on 11.02.2015. Sri S.U.V.Srinivas, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, if some time is granted, the petitioner would repay the entire E.P. amount. This request can only be addressed by the petitioner herein to the respondent.

This Court, in revision proceedings, would not take upon itself the task of fixing a time frame for repayment of the loan or extend the time frame stipulated by the bank in this regard.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the respondent for grant of time to repay the E.P. amount, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
