ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the judgment dated 8.11.2019 in Crl.A.No.374 of 2018 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad which confirmed the judgment of conviction in CC.No.215 of 2017 dated 2.04.2018 on the file of the XV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioners/appellants/accused had not complied with the orders of this court dated 08.01.2020 wherein they were directed to deposit 30% of the fine amount within a period of 8 weeks from the said date, and that even though the time was extended twice, the amount was not deposited before the court below.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent and as the orders of this court dated 8.1.2020 are not complied by the petitioners/accused, it is considered not fit to hear the revision case and hence, the criminal revision case is dismissed
