JUDGMENT:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This appeal is directed against the order dated 08.07.2011 passed by this Court in C.C.No. 382 of 2011. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that challenging the impugned order, L.P.A. No.1 of 2016 was preferred, and this Court, by judgment dated 27.01.2016, dismissed it, as such, the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgment dated 27.01.2016. In view of the above submission and following the judgment dated 27.01.2016 delivered in L.P.A.No. 1 of 2016, the present Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed in terms thereof.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the appeal, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
