Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represents that on 18.10.2014, the subject property, which is 170 bags of black jaggery, each containing 25 kgs, and also other items, was released by the concerned authorised Officer of Excise Department. Learned counsel for the petitioner, of course, expressed ignorance. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
