THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.832 OF 2018 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in considering the representation of the petitioners, dated 03.06.2017 for mutation of their names in the revenue records as well as issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioners for the agricultural lands to an extent of Acs.0.20 guntas in Survey No.150/3, Acs.1.04 guntas in Survey No.151, Acs.1.11 guntas in Survey No.152, Acs.2.05 guntas in Survey No.153, total admeasuring Acs.5.00 situated at Guntapally Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

A perusal of the affidavit filed along with the writ petition shows that the application was not filed in the prescribed proforma. Liberty is given to the petitioners to submit a fresh application in the prescribed proforma for mutation of their names in the revenue records. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
