It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No.37713 of 2014 and batch dated 26.08.2015. In the said order, it was directed that the petitioner shall pay half of the additional consumption deposit demanded by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners paid the entire amount but, by virtue of the order passed by this Court, the petitioners have to pay only 50% of the said amount which also should be adjusted at the time of fixing the meter.

In view of payment of additional 50% of the amount, other than the amount covered by the order in W.P.No.37713 of 2014 and batch dated 26.08.2015, the respondents are directed to adjust the said amount in future consumption charges of the petitioners.
