HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28291 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing considerable time, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedy of Appeal.

In view of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23687 of 2017, dated 20.07.2017, the order impugned in the present writ petition shall not be given effect to till 31.08.2017.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to available the remedy of Appeal. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
