This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in conducting survey of land of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.00-16 guntas in Sy.No.667 situated at Peddapur Village, Sangareddy District, Medak, Telangana State after receiving the application vide Appl.No.DER021900399433 and DER021900399418, dated 07-08-2019.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in the writ petition is covered by common order of this Court passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-042016. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of aforesaid order in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016. If any fee regarding sub-division is required to be paid, the petitioners have to pay the same as per circulars issued by the Government from time to time. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
