HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35392 of 2016 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.3 and 4 to investigate into Crime No.91 of 2016.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of her complaint against the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent registered the above crime. But so far, no action was taken against the 5th respondent.

4. Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"Respondents Nos.3 and 4 are directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.91 of 2016 and file a final report in either way, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
