HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 2111 OF 2011 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) The petitioners, in the instant writ petition, seek the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein in causing their interference in the civil disputes in O.S No.

77 of 2007 now pending on the file of the Family Court-cum-II Fast Track Court Judge, Nellore pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and others and summoning them to the City Crime Station and detaining them illegally without there being any complaint or crime registered against them at the instance of the 3rd respondent, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner No.1 and the 3rd respondent, and to grant such other order or others as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

This Court on 01-03-2011 passed the following order: "Pending further orders, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil disputes existing between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent."

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are police personnel. Keeping that in view and having regard to the civil dispute bearing O.S No.77 of 2007 pending before the Family Court-cum-II Fast Track Court, Nellore, I do not find it necessary to keep this petition pending any further and dispose it of in terms of interim order dated 01-032011.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ 09-10-2015 ks
