This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to

declare the inaction of respondent No.2, in enquiring into Appeal, dated 06-02-2016, filed by the petitioner against Resolution No.50 (01) of respondent No.3, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr.Kurra Srinivas, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to approach respondent No.1 under Section 246 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
