HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18526 OF 2016 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 30.05.2016 to extend the license rights of collection of Pushkara Kalyanamandapam maintenance charges of Sri Janardhana Swamy Temple, Penugonda, West Godavari District.

Heard both the learned counsel.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not considering his representation dated 30.05.2016, with respect to the extension of lease hold right of collection of Pushkara Kalyana Mandapam maintenance charges for a further period of two years on payment of enhanced license fee as per rules under the Act No.37 of 1987, so as to enable him to recover the loss sustained by him during the license period from 14.06.2014 to 13.06.2016 due to Godavari Pushkarams. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and disposed of the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
