THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.884 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not disposing of the petitioner's application dated 29.08.2008 seeking regularization of land admeasuring 200 square yards (Plot No.181) in Survey No.13/P of Pakalakonda, Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Initially, this Court granted ten (10) days time to learned Government Pleader for Revenue for getting instructions, on 23.01.2018 and today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader did not receive any instructions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order in W.P.No.19171 of 2012, dated 10.10.2013.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for regularization, take a decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
