HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.3016 of 2015 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed assailing the order dated 07.10.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2098 of 2015 in C.C.No. 161 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise Offences, Kadapa, allowing the petition filed under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act for sending the agreement of sale dated 10.02.2014 (marked as Ex.P-1) along with admitted or standard signatures of the second respondent to be obtained in open court and also in the documents to be produced for the said purpose, to the handwriting expert for comparison and opinion.

However, the daily status report from the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition and Excise Offences, Kadapa indicates that C.C.No.161 of 2015 itself was dismissed on 07.10.2016. The said report is made part of the record. In the light of the said report, no further cause would survive in the present criminal revision case.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand dismissed.
