Challenge in this writ petition is to the Lookout Circular issued by the 4th respondent, enforced by respondents 2 and 3, against the petitioner, pertaining to Crime No.55 of 2019 on the file of the Begumpet Police Station.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that investigation in Crime No.55 of 2019 was completed and a charge sheet has already been filed before the learned XV Chief Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyberabad, and the case is numbered as CC.No.11069 of 2019 and is pending before that Court.

Having regard to the fact that the investigation in the matter was completed and the charge sheet is also filed and the case is pending before the learned XV Chief Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, it is open for the petitioner to move before the concerned Court seeking lifting of the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner to enable him to travel abroad.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
