Heard the petitioner, who is appearing as party-in-person, and the learned Government Pleader.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the party-in-person, though submitted an application dated 18.11.2019 before the Secretary, Chief Minister Relief Fund, Telangana State, Hyderabad, has not enclosed the relevant documents. 3.

However, from a perusal of the said application at page No.14 in the material papers, it is revealed that along with the application, the original bill, the prescription and the ration card are enclosed. If that be so, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 18.11.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
