HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.12810 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in disconnecting the petitioner's Service Connection No.3241413003784 vide proceedings dated 22.4.2015, as illegal and arbitrary. It seems that there is a dispute in relation to the house property between the petitioner and his eldest brother.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent colluded with his elder brother and disconnected the service connection without any power or authority.

Merely because there is a dispute between the petitioner and his elder brother, the respondents are not empowered to disconnect the service connection of the petitioner.

Under these circumstances, the respondents are directed to restore petitioner's service connection forthwith.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
