This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.62 of 2015 on the file of Gajulamandyam Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(i) and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner was found transporting 220 kgs of Ganja.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
